Racial Equity Consciousness Institute Spring 2025 General Cohort

The Racial Equity Consciousness Institute's immersive learning community cohort takes a critical systems thinking approach to deconstructing the complexity and pervasiveness of racism and catalyzing personal and collective strategies to cultivate racial equity.

Cohort participants explore and engage the Structured Cognitive Behavioral Training (SCBT) framework for racial equity consciousness development in efforts to:

• Broaden horizons, understanding and respecting diverse racial perspectives.

• Nurture cultural humility, competence, and agency.

• Foster a proactive attitude towards creating racially equitable and inclusive environments.

• Develop the confidence to be a driving force for transformative social change.
